Designing A Game.

We are planning and making a game on Gamefroot in our DGM class.

Gamefroot is an online game where it lets you create your own games to your own liking.

Gamefroot is also a platform that is brilliant and allows the player not only to edit the game but, lets you test it on the go so you can see if you need to make any changes. It also allows the game designer to change the main script so they can customize it in their own way.

• Art - The artwork that I have chosen for my background is a Japanese themed art. It has a temple in the background with the colors of pink, purple, yellow and green in it.
  
  
• Characters - The character that I have chosen has a red bandanna with a star on it, he is very masculine in my opinion and has a stubbed beard.
  
• Game play - The aim of my game is for the player to reach the end, but on the way collect some props such as, keys, coins and etc.

Manipulating An Image.

The word "pixel" means a picture element. Every photograph, in digital form, is made up of pixels. They are the smallest unit of information that makes up a picture. Usually round or square, they are typically arranged in a 2-dimensional grid. 
It has three different colors in it. They are red, blue, green and it is called a bit.

In my DGM class I have been manipulating an image with Photoshop.
The image that I have chosen is a light bulb, inside the light bulb I photo shopped water, fire, and grass. Below is some evidence showing what I have done so far in Photoshop.

From an early age, Jay-Z had an interest for rhythm. But his meteoric rise to the top didn’t happen overnight. He was faced with several roadblocks along the path to ultimate success. Give Me Winter In Greymouth

Winter in Greymouth. What is winter in Greymouth? Winter in Greymouth is cold violent wind, pouring vicious rain, gloomy dark clouds and a giant fog of mystery called the “Barber”. You see no sun, all you see is people altering while cutting up wood for their fires. Children hurriedly running inside with ice blocked faces like they are being chased by the powerful, spine-chilling breeze of Winter himself! Sometimes you can see the sun trying to peek its way through the clouds like a kid trying to peek through his Mother's bag but, the clouds somehow always find it's way to block the sun from trying to shine it's fond, cozy tender arms of warmth around us.

Free Writing About Greymouth

As I watch the steamy cold barber roll into Greymouth each morning, I think, “What is happening?! How is this happening?”  It looks like avalanche charging down, I look back at it again, yet this time it's moving at a slower speed. I decide to step outside to get a better look, but then it hits me. The icy cold feel of the wind blowing at me, it almost feels like i'm getting hit with a cold, cloudy, giant hand.
I quickly head back inside just before the next round of hits come back around. I hurriedly bring my now cold, shaken, and  frozen hands to the door knob and closed it shut.
